The refectory serves traditional Chinese cuisine of Dim Sum, which is cooked by renown chefs from the legendary Siang Ping Loh.

The menu has a wide variety such as Steamed Tofu Sheet, Deep-Fried Shrimp Ball in Brown Sauce, Steamed Shrimp Dumpling, Layer Sweet Salted Egg Cake, Marinated Chicken with Liquor,Crispy Lava Taro and refreshing drinks that perfectly match the appetisers.

Self-service is provided for customers convenience; customers can choose their favourite dishes which are fresh, clean, and also have agreeable prices.
